FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Good to Know

What age range is this event designed for?

The experience is designed for children aged 6–16, accompanied by parents or guardians at all times.

Do we need prior football knowledge or fluent English to attend?

No. The event includes bilingual guidance and a beginner-friendly introduction to football rules and culture.

What happens if the fixture is rescheduled or cancelled?

We will notify all booked families by email in advance, with options to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Can we join other club events after this experience?

Yes. Participating families receive priority access to future family events and Foundation taster sessions.

How will the club measure whether this pilot event is successful?

A set of clear pilot KPIs covers attendance rate, first-time visitor share, visitor satisfaction, repeat-visit and membership conversion. All metrics will be tracked after each event of the 2026–27 pilot season.

Is "The Bridge" replacing regular matchday offerings?

No. The Bridge complements existing matchday services. It acts as a dedicated on-ramp for Chinese-heritage families who seldom visit the stadium, and will not change standard matchday arrangements for existing supporters.
